The Kejriwal Files

Based on former RAW Officer RSN Singh’s article – “Kejriwal: India’s Biggest Scam”

30 June 2013, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad

A shocking news emerges: Santosh Koli, an AAP leader, is hit by a car while heading to the AAP office with her colleague, Kuldeep Panwar. She is admitted to the hospital but succumbs to her brain injuries on 7th August 2013.

  • Santosh’s parents reveal that she received a message to report to the party office. She was instructed to park her scooty at a specific location and accompany Kuldeep.
  • No action is taken against Kuldeep, and there are no eyewitnesses to the accident.

2000, Delhi

Arvind Kejriwal, an income tax officer, takes a sabbatical from work and, along with his friend Manish Sisodia, starts an NGO named ‘Parivartan’ in the Sunder Nagri area of Delhi.

Here, he meets Santosh Koli, a local girl who joins Kejriwal. Kejriwal even stays at her Sundar Nagri home.

2002

Kejriwal’s website claims that Parivartan was registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, and was exempt from income tax under Section 80G and 12A of the IT Act.

However, in 2009, Kejriwal declares that Parivartan was not an NGO or a registered organization but merely a group of people.

This is a clear case of fraud.

2002

Kejriwal receives a $80,000 grant from the Ford Foundation.

Why is this problematic?

  • Kejriwal was still a government servant at the time and was not entitled to receive such funds. Government employees are prohibited from floating NGOs without due permission.
  • Why would the Ford Foundation fund a little-known group working in just one colony of Delhi?
  • $80,000 (Rs 32 lakhs) was equivalent to 15 years of Kejriwal’s salary at the time.

2004

Kejriwal receives the Ashoka Fellowship.

  • Ashoka is a US-registered organization with strategic partners like McKinsey & Company.
  • Since the Cold War, Ashoka has been involved in creating human assets to expand American influence.

2005

Under the banner of Parivartan, Kejriwal receives funds from the World Bank for a Jan Sunvai campaign, even though the organization was not registered. This is another criminal act.

Kejriwal decides to openly enter NGO activism and starts a new NGO named Kabir.

2005

As per documents, Kabir was established on 15 August 2005.

  • This was illegal, as Kejriwal was still a government servant.
  • Shockingly, Kejriwal receives $172,000 from the Ford Foundation on 15 July 2005, one month before the NGO’s inception.

2006

Ford Foundation’s patronage continues.

  • Kejriwal receives the Magsaysay Award, which is funded by the Ford Foundation.

Image

  • Kabir receives:
    • 2005-06: Rs. 43,48,036 on 15-July-2005
    • 2006-07: Rs. 32,05,970 on 12-Dec-2006

Despite claims of no further funding, Ford Foundation documents reveal that Kabir continued to receive money:

  • 2007-2008: $1,97,000
  • 2008-2009: Rs. 60,75,149

The Dutch Route

Dutch entity Humanistic Institute for Cooperation with Developing Countries (HIVOS) provided €1.3 million between 2008 and 2012.

  • HIVOS receives funding from the Ford Foundation.
  • PSO and PRIA are also Dutch organizations linked to Ford Foundation.

The US often uses the Dutch route in target countries to avoid suspicion.

2009

Shimrit Lee, a New York University researcher, visits India and joins Kabir, working closely with Kejriwal.

  • In 2011, Lee travels to Egypt and plays a key role in the Arab Spring and Color Revolution there.
  • She introduces the concept of Mohalla Committees in India, bringing Arab Spring technology to launch Kejriwal.

Coincidences or Conspiracy?

The CIA has historically used the Dutch route to destabilize India:

  • Funding Naga insurgency in Nagaland.
  • Helping Pakistan steal nuclear technology.

Almost all of Kejriwal’s close aides were funded by the Ford Foundation:

  • Admiral Ramdas, a Magsaysay winner, had a daughter who was an adviser to Ford Foundation and married to a Pakistani anti-nuclear activist.

2013

Kejriwal launches his political party, AAP.

  • Initially, he stages a drama to fight against the Congress but later forms a government with their support.
  • His actual target was to defeat Modi and the BJP in the 2014 elections.

All details of Kejriwal’s activities from 2001-2010 have been erased from the internet.

Santosh Koli dies under mysterious circumstances.

  • No arrests were made.
  • No eyewitnesses came forward, despite the accident occurring in front of Pacific Mall during the evening.
  • The bike was burnt, but Kuldeep, the driver, remained unharmed.
  • Santosh’s parents claimed she was forced to go to the party office.
  • Akhilesh Yadav was the CM at the time, and Kejriwal never demanded a CBI investigation.

Conclusion

The Kejriwal Files raise serious questions about the origins of his activism, his funding sources, and the mysterious death of Santosh Koli. The links to Ford Foundation, CIA, and the Dutch route suggest a deeper, more sinister agenda at play.

Why were these details erased?

Why was Santosh Koli’s death never investigated?

The answers remain buried, but the questions demand accountability.
