Global media is trying to portray Bengal regime change as:
Dictator vs Student
But this is completely false Real reasons are :
Ethnicity vs Religion
Bengal vs Islam
Sovereign Govt vs Puppet Govt
Real reason is deep rooted in History We dig into entire past and brought real truth of Bangladesh Vanga Kingdom (Bengal) of Ramayana and Mahabharata was ruled by great Hindu kings for thousands of years till 1204 when Bhaktiyar Khilji captured Bengal and Islam entered in Bengal

From 1757 Bengal was ruled by Governor Generals of East India company and Lord Clive became first GC of Bengal. Freedom movement of India started from Bengal only in 1857 when Mangal Pandey attacked his British commander at Barrackpore near Calcutta Hindu and Muslim fought together.

1875 AMU is founded
But this unity was supposed to break in future Syed Ahmed Khan, a Muslim philosopher starts Muhammadan Anglo-Oriental Collegiate Collage at Aligarh which will be later renamed AMU in 1920. This college will play imp role in idea of separate country for Muslims
1888 Two nation Theory The first idea of separate country is given by Syed Ahmed Khan (Founder of AMU) He gives the idea of two nation theory which will become major inspiration for Pakistan Movement in next 70 years and his AMU will play most imp role to spread this idea

1905 Partition of Bengal
Nothing much happens in next 17 years but imp turn in history comes in 1905.
Currently there are 28 states in India but before independence, India was divided in Provinces and biggest province was Bengal (Current Bihar + West Bengal + Bangladesh)

Britishers comes with an idea to divide Bengal into two parts It looks Ok till here but they say partition will be on basis of religion.
In 1905 Muslim were in majority in East Bengal (Bangladesh) and Hindu were majority in West Bengal.

This partition again fuels the fire the desires of those Muslim who wanted separate country for Muslims While Britishers just wanted to break Hindu Muslim unity and dilute Indian freedom movement Hindu oppose this partition but Muslim welcome this.
1906 Foundation of ALL-India Muslim League (AIML)
As Britishers were expecting, Just 1 year after religion based partition a Muslim political party is established in Dhaka by Nawab of Dhaka Khwaja Salimullah but it remains party of Muslim elites till next 30 year.

1909 Separate elections for Muslim
Muslim league (AIML) was creation of Britishers, it’s again proved in 1909 when British brings Indian Councils Act 1909 and accept demand of AIML for separate electoral for Muslims.
Veer Savarkar oppose it and sent to Kala Pani.

1914 Jinnah joins AIML
A London return, Karachi born wealthy barrister Muhammad Ali Jinnah joins AIML. He is also member of Congress and friend of MK Gandhi. He leaves Congress in 1920

In 1930, Muhammad Iqbal delivered the Allahabad Speech, where credit for the conception of the idea of Pakistan goes to this Urdu poet from Sialkot. In the League’s annual assembly, he formulated a political framework for the Muslim-majority regions, including Punjab, Sindh, Baluchistan, and the North-West Frontier Province.

Important point to understand here is till there there was no demand to include Bengal into Pakistan and AIML was not major political force in India AIML strength was only in United Province (Current Uttar Pradesh) But things changes in 1937.
1937 Indian provincial elections
First elections happens in all provinces of India Congress wins everywhere except Bengal AIML lose badly everywhere Only 4% Muslim votes to AIML but Congress makes a mistake.
In Bengal elections
Congress 54
AIML 37
Krishak party 36
Independent 113

Congress doesn’t go for govt in Bengal and AIML with help of Krishak party and Independent forms govt in Bengal Fazlul Huq from Krishak Party become PM of Bengal. He will play imp role in creation of Pakistan. But this defeat shocks Jinnah Jinnah decides to tak AIML to mass

1940 Lahore Declaration
Although the name “Pakistan” had been proposed by Choudhary Rahmat Ali in 1933 but it get popularity in Lahore session of AIMIL Fazul Huq reads resolution for separate country for Muslim including Punjab, Sindh, Baluchistan, NW frontier and Bengal.

1941 Jamat e Islami
Inspired from Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood, An islaic scholar Abul A’la Maududi starts an extremists Muslim group Jamat e Islami While AIML consists of educated Muslim, Jamat supports Sharia law Jamat oppose Pakistan coz they want Ghazwa e hind
1946 Indian provincial elections
Jinnah’s hard work brings result while in 1937 only 4% Muslim voted to AIML, In 1946 elections 75% Muslim votes to AIML AIML performs fantastic and becomes single largest party in Punjab, Sindh and Bengal This election paves way for Pakistan

1946 Direct Action Day
Jinnah loyalist Suhrawardy becomes PM of Bengal Jinnah gives final ultimatum to Congress We will divide India or destroy India.
AIML stats huge riots from Calcutta and then entire Bengal. Congress succumbs and accept demand of Jinnah for Pakistan.

1947 Link corridor
So finally its decided that Punjab, Sindh, Baluchistan, NW frontier (Khaibar Pashtun) and East Bengal will go to Pakistan and rest of part will remain with India. But Jinnah knows that west Pakistan and east Pakistan are entirely two different cultures
Jinnah demanded corridor between east and west Pakistan, he knew that the two parts (East & west) have only one thing in common and that is Islam but often, religion fails to provide consensus when culture & language come into picture.

With the two parts different from one another in soul & principle, Jinnah knew that it would be very difficult to manage the two populations (West Pakistan – East Bengal) under single government But Congress finds his demand stupid and rejects that corridor

1947 United Bengal
In Bengal, jute farms were in east Bengal but industries were in West Bengal so Suhrawardy comes with another idea to declare entire Bengal a separate country but Congress rejects and India loses half of Bengal

1947 Pakistan
A new country is formed Pakistan consists of two separate lands – West Pakistan and East Bengal Karachi becomes capital of Pakistan, with this entire power center shifts to West Pakistan and east Bengal people feel betrayed Jamat e Islami is also divided in 3 parts

AIML started from Bengal
AIML forms first govt in Bengal
Direct Action Day happened in Bengal
But after independence West Pakistan took all power and here starts a new struggle
Urdu vs Bengali
Story written with blood will want only blood Will be continue in second part…
